REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTS TO PREPARE

• Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM (Italian Baja 2024 ASN Event) (the download will be available on May 9th)
• Send it to entry@italianbaja.com 

Before Friday 31.05.2024 at 06:00pm (Closure date of entries at reduced fees)

Before Thursday 20.06.2024 at 06:00pm(Closing date for entries)

• In addition to the Entry Form, it is mandatory to send:

 1) COMPETITOR'S LICENCE (if any)
 2) DRIVER'S and CO-DRIVER'S COMPETITION LICENSE
 3) ASN AUTHORIZATION FOR FOREING COMPETITORS (if required)
 4) DRIVER'S and CO-DRIVER'S VALID DRIVING LICENSE
 5) DRIVER'S and CO-DRIVER'S IDENTITY DOCUMENTS
 6) ON BOARD CAMERA DECLARATION FORM (if any)
 7) ASN TECHNICAL PASSPORT
 8) DRIVER'S and CO-DRIVER'S SAFETY EQUIPMENT FORM

 9) COPY OF BANK TRANSFERT

10) PHOTOS of DRIVER, CO-DRIVER and CAR (for website entry list)

• ALL THE DOCUMENTATION INDICATED ABOVE WILL THEN BE DELIVERED BY 1 REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TEAM COMPLETED AND SIGNED IN ORIGINAL AT THE AMMINISTRATIVE CHECKSFRIDAY

• TO AVOID ASSEMBLIES AND LONG QUEUES, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO PRESENT WITH ALL THE COMPLETED AND SIGNED DOCUMENTATION

Once you have sent the documentation, you will be sent a cost estimate by email from the organiser which must be signed and sent back to entry@italianbaja.com  with a copy of the BANK TRANSFER
