The former GP bike and Super Bike World champion lines up with a Can-Am buggy
February 24th 2021_Did it take a name of great acclaim? Here it is: Carlos Checa will take part in the Italian Baja 2020 International (March 19th/20th), first leg of the 2021 Cross Country Italian Championship. The Spanish champion, protagonist of great GP bike challenges together with Valentino Rossi & company, gained the World Super Bike title in 2011 riding a Ducati, brand he is testimonial for, as well as test pilot. Recently Checa tested his Can-Am Maverick X3 along the riverbed in San Martino al Tagliamento together with the expert Paolo Ceci (14 Motorally Italian titles). The vehicle is prepared by the RT73 Team of Elvis Borsoi and Stefano Pelloni and will be driven by Checa at the Italian Baja in March, with a view to the World Challenge in September and the Dakar next year.
